"Good if going with a group of friends or significant other just ok for my son and I I dont drink or party wasn't too loud no breakfast or amenities at least tv and coffeemaker in the room"

"The staff is very rude. The whole Hotel smells like there’s a gas leak. When you use the pool and sit in there to watch your eye BURN!!! I felt like I was swimming for hours sitting there for not even 5 minutes. Stayed there for 3 nights and they never came in to clean or replenish bath towels. I would never ever stay there again or recommend it either. Their sign out front says we love our guest. Truly that is a complete lie and far from the truth. They are unprofessional and awful towards...

"Bad: Shower ran out of hot water after 5 minutes, the breakfast coffee was brown water, and I had to wait ~10 minutes to check in just because there was no one at the front desk and nobody was answering the phone (I tried calling the hotel from the lobby while waiting to check in). Good: location, and they went above and beyond for my daughter when she asked for a notepad to write on."

"Clean comfortable room, and very friendly and helpful staff. The bagel bar and continental breakfast was nice to have before heading out in the morning. Only 10 min or so to the TVC airport, and it's located near a decaying mall with some chain restaurants if you don't want to travel into the downtown area"

"Staffs are wonderful and friendly. Close to Main Street and has shuttle bus to drop off and pick up which was very helpful and convenient. There’s a pool which is great for kids and adults. Also breakfast is included. Overall, we loved our stay."

"Perfect! We happened to stay on the first two nights that the resort was opened. While they were finishing the last minute touches(literally) we enjoyed every bit of this place! The pool, hot tub, sauna, beach, fire pits, waterfront! So calm in the morning and the view from our balcony was to die for! Unfortunately, we were in town for a softball tournament so we couldn’t spend as much time at the resort but from the staff, to the rooms, it was all perfect! They definitely have a good thing...

"I loved the price for the week. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to the beach. We road our bikes downtown traverse city and it was only 30 minutes. Located 30 to 45 mins to sandunes and torchlake. Overall great experience. Great fishing spots in walking distance."
