"The hallway has a stale stench. Bathroom too small - can barely close the door. Paying for parking in the hotel I’m paying to stay is ridiculous. I would understand if the parking was in a heavily populated area, but the Brentwood TN location does not fit that criteria."

"We will start looking for Drury hotels gping forward. This was our first time staying at one and it was completely amazing. From staff going out of their way to assist us, to the cleanliness and morning/evening food options- we were blown away!"

"As older height challenged adults we found the bed hard to get into. The top of the mattress seamed to be four foot off the floor."

"The staff was friendly, hotel, very clean, nice morning breakfast included. Great location for driving into the city and pretty area all around with shopping and restaurants. There is not housekeeping every day. It is every other day. And disappointing that it's $30 to park. "

"Wanted to give them 5 stars because it's clean and a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. Both nights during our stay people staying with sports team kids let their kids stay up until 1am making a ton of noise. They were literally throwing a ball in the hallway at 1am. I wish they would have told them to stop. The breakfast looked like it would have been good but we found every tray of food gone like an army came through and these same sports kids were taking every table/sitting around on the floors. I get it's not the hotel's fault, but they should have expected this and planned better. We ended up getting breakfast elsewhere. Disappointed for the price we paid honestly. They could do better! "
