"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "
"Sadly, the pool was having maintenance when we were there. Our only other complaint was the noise between floors. The group above us was pretty loud at night, though only until about 10:30. "
"There is not a thing wrong with The Dillworth Inn. Unfortunately, they are close to the center of Kelowna so there are some greasy people in the area, but that certainly isn't the Dillworth's fault. We will stay there again."

"I arrived early and had to wait a bit for the room to be ready, but asked about a Laundromat nearby and the staff gave me a free laundry pod to use their guest laundry while I waited. Loved the throwback vibes but still had everything, clean and in good working order. Lots of families there for golf and beach acrivies (right across the street)"
"I loved the layout. The pool and private beach are right beside each other. The staff were all very friendly. Henry was our poolside and beach waiter. He really gave exceptional service and made us feel like he was only attending to us although he had about 30 other customers to serve. "
"The hotel is newer, very clean, and has fantastic staff. The restaurant on site is tasty with solid cocktails and a great BC wine list. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping went out of their way to help (seeing if anything was needed, keeping me in the same room when I needed to extend my stay, being kind and friendly, etc). The breakfast buffet is also fantastic and well worth it. The rooftop lounge is a wonderful way to unwind at the end of the day."
"I gave 5 stars because it was exactly as described - not because it is a 5 star hotel. Budget friendly. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Spacious room with all amenities. Clean though some of the outdoor carpet needs replacing. Good continental breakfast. Nicely maintained pool area. Pet friendly."
