"The staff were really great at problem-solving when I had a room that I wasn’t satisfied with and then there was an issue with the shower in the other room. Send me to a better room which I really did enjoy and they also covered my cost of dinner that night. It was very much appreciated.! "

Room was clean and comfortable
Two weeks ago breakfast was good. This time the sausages, eggs and hash browns were lukewarm and dry. The hash browns were so dry that a knife wouldn’t cut them. You could snap them in half. "
