I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent stay at your property. Overall, our room initially appeared clean, and we were very impressed by your staff. In particular, the front desk associate was exceptionally helpful, going out of his way to purchase ice for us from a local store when the ice machine was out of order. We also appreciated the high quality of the towels. However, several issues impacted our experience: - Cleanliness: We found an insect between the bedsheets. Additionally, the floors were noticeably dirty, and there was a dark ring inside the toilet bowl. - Amenities: The shower took a considerable amount of time to heat up, and the Wi-Fi service was completely unavailable throughout our stay. - Dining: The breakfast selection was extremely limited, allowing us to only get coffee. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention so they may be addressed for future guests. Thank you for your time and for the hospitality shown by your team.

Staff was very friendly when we checked in ,took the time to listen to and answer my kids question..the room was clean and felt clean,didnt see any bugs or any other problems with the room other than being outdated,but you can tell they are working on updating ..there was a new tv ,plenty of accessible outlets and even usb and type c charging ports built into the nightstands...to be straight forward to anyone checking the reviews before booking,this isnt a motel you want to book for a fancy vacation or for a honeymoon but to anyone just passing through or needing a place to crash afted a long day at wild adventures and want to stick to a budget but still feel clean and comfortable this is an excellent choice

Our first room had some rowdy tenants nearby so we had to move to another room on the other side of the building. Good morning could have been cleaner and the pool hadn't been cleaned in a while but it sounds like the property is going through a management change so it looks like it's getting upgraded very soon

The staff were super nice and accommodating. however, that’s the best I can say about it. I found pubic hair on the floor and in the tub. This hotel is falling apart. The lampshades had parts dangling that could easily have been reattached with some glue. The wall next to the door had their wall showing as someone had ripped part of it off our animals had chewed on it. I left after one night to go to another motel, even though I had paid for the second night. I would not stay in that motel ever again.

the room could of used more TLC in cleaning , coffee pot was dusty no coffee for it anyway , kleenex box but no kleenex had to ask for a hair dryer , toilet leaking when flushed had to put towel on the floor in front of toilet . when checking in a worker on his phone in the lobby was so loud i couldn't hear the front desk guy . parking lot was dirty with garbage and can lots of staff doing nothing could of been cleaning . nice location but really needs TLC when cleaning the room and parking lot. will not stay here again

Staff was friendly and helpful, the area around the hotel was pretty messy from replacing some furniture it seemed. The room wasn't stocked with towels so we had to go ask for some from the desk. There also were no fresh toiletries in the room. The breakfast area was pretty bleak. Few options and put of order juice dispenser. A little disappointing but they did have a functioning waffle maker.

The room was comfortable stay. I would like to made the hotel aware of a few things. There was no way to use the coffee maker because there was no tray. The tissue box was empty. There was no hair dryer in the holder. In the breakfast area there were no knives, no lids for the coffee, and butter would be nice. I made no complaints as these things did not affect my stay.

Room is spotless, missing hand towels and tissues which the staff supplied after we went back to the desk to ask for them. We apparently got the last box they had in storage. The room had a coffee pot, no cups, coffee filters, cream and sugar. When we inquired about this at the desk we were told that guests didn't know how to use them so they just privided coffee now in the breakfast room throughout the day. However, there were no lids for the coffee cups which might make transporting them difficult. Am curious about breakfast tomorrow.
