"The politeness and helpfulness of the staff is the only reason this hotel doesn’t get 0 stars. The room was disappointing. The bathroom had the sliding glass door removed from the shower and it was replaced with a shower curtain so water constantly leaked out onto the floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and there is no fan in the bathroom, so the humidity stayed unless you propped the door open. There was a lot of mildew because of this. The sofa cushions were stained so bad I didn’t...

"Worst stay I’ve ever had. No outside lights at the hotel which is a big security issue. The parking lot and covered drop off at the front door were dark. The breakfast was not very good. The waffle batter dispenser’s front panel was gone and no way to dispense the batter. Fire alarm went off 1st night at 3:30 a.m. for 10 minutes. 2nd night, the people in next room were talking loudly all night and got into a shouting match, and throwing things. He must have thrown the woman out of the...

"Hotel is very nice. Like many places these days it appears they have a shortage of staff . We arrived at 8:30 and the front desk informed me our room may not be ready. I let her know of my displeasure, after she informed it maybe a 15-20 minute wait to confirm. To her credit, she was very polite and asked not to shoot the messenger. After a short wait we were given our room, only for it not to be cleaned. Front desk was again polite and issued another room. I appreciate them getting us another...

"If you want to stay directly across from an, apparently well-known (not to us at the time of booking) Swingers Club that patrons frequently visit: this is the place for you! It comes with stained mattresses and sheets that reeked of bleach (at least they were clean?), a bathroom sliding door that doesn’t shut all the way (pooping with your family brings a whole different level of closeness during a trip), and shower floor caulking adorned with stranger hair. I didn’t shower but my husband said...

"My wife and I came in for a couple of nights for concert. The hotel was the perfect location for walking to the arena and downtown! The only complaint I guess(more my fault for not asking)was valet parking. It was $28 per night. Unless you going to use you car during your stay, which we didn’t because everything was walkable, I’d opt for the self park. It’s right by the hotel and only $10. A small thing though really! We loved it!"
