"What a wonderful experience staying at the Borland House is! With the quaint, homey feeling of the whole house, to the kindness of the staff. Your stay will absolutely be lovely. Ample towels are provided for the private, spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bedding and well appointed decorations are in the bedroom. I was in the Hummingbird Suite. I could see myself living there, it just had everything I needed. I look forward to visiting again in the future!"

"I'm not sure this is a hotel as much as a long-term shelter. The "guests" seem to be residents. The rooms themselves appear "lived in." Everything's old and outdated and smells like smoke. It only seemed like a hotel because of the Wyndham name attached and that it's next to a Marriot and Hampton Inn.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear the blaringTVs coming from rooms on either side.
Maybe just convert this place into a proper shelter for the people with children who really need it. But...
