We needed extra linens but they were unavailable. No front desk to talk to. Only messages. Makes making requests or inquiries hard.

No communication at all!!! Never answered calls or emails. No extra towels. No kettle, no breakfast bowls, only one roll of toilet paper for three days , no blankets, wrong address listed. Stranded for one hour looking for apartment keys. Do not book!!!!
