"Trevlig och hjälpsam personal men hotellet var inte så bra underhållet. Poolerna och läget vid stranden var mycket bra men rummen var i rätt dåligt skick och inte i 5-stjärnor standard. Likaså var deras spa bra men gymmet mindre bra. Att det var så ojämn standard drar ner betyget och gör att det inte upplevs som ett 5-stjärnigt hotell rakt igenom."

"The Resort Manager, Juleana was amazing, extremely kind and helpful. Tried her best to accommodate us. The cleaning staff was good. The hotel is extremely old and the rooms are not renovated. The plumbing needs to be redone. My shower did not drain the water quickly although maintenance came up twice with a toilet plunger to plunge the water. When turning on the water in the shower the head moves and spray the water out of the tub. You have to hold the shower spray when taking a shower. The...

However, at checkout, we asked if we could have an extra hour before leaving, and they asked for our credit card details so they could charge us an additional fee for that one extra hour.
