The stay was excellent and staff was very friendly. We stayed an extra day as we really loved the location of this hotel. Staff was amazing getting a room arranged and let us move our stuff in right away! Sophia was very helpful with her explanation upon arrival and was great during check out. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about using busses to different cities and assisted with some great places to eat! The rooms were great, very nice, big balcony, clean and the beds were very comfy.

Excellent service from the desk staff when we reported an issue with the air conditioning in our room. The receptionist joined us to the room to check and then arranged for an engineer to fix the issue when we were out.

The Apple Maps location for this hotel is not accurate. It sends you to their corporate office several blocks from the actual hotel. Google maps has a different name for the location of the hotel. The cab service I used could not locate the correct location. The wonderful desk lady walked out onto the street and directed me in. The hotel is clean, modern and centrally located to town and metro. The waterfront is a short distance away. Most of the places I wanted to visit were easily accessed from this hotel. I would stay there again if I find myself in Thessaloniki in the future.

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel, and while the room seemed clean and comfortable at first, the next morning I woke up with my legs covered in bed bug bites. I reported it to the receptionist, but she insisted they were mosquito bites. We booked another room for the following night, but the problem continued — I woke up with even more bites. I had to visit two pharmacies, where it was confirmed they were bed bug bites, and I was given medication and antibiotic cream to manage the pain and itching. Despite this, my skin is still badly marked. This experience ruined three out of our five holiday days and caused me significant pain and discomfort. I believe I am entitled to compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by bed bugs in both rooms.

Aparthotel has as ok potential but……

No communication on Hotels.com. Had to give passport information to a lady over the phone again even I had provided this over chat on hotels.com app. Communication was sent through WhatsApp regarding codes etc for accessing the room and so on. OK. Fine. Came to non working A/C in the room. Tried to get hold of someone the whole evening but nobody answered on WhatsApp even when they read the messages. That was incredibly annoying. Next day i got a help from a nice lady in the reception that moved us to a new room. The new room had working A/C - ventilation. Great :)! Problems from here was with the door lock. It was not possible to lock the room. Someone came and tried to fix it for many hours but was not able to fix it 100%. That was stress full, but he was a humble guy. One other thing is that the smoke detection alarm was masked over by plastic. Maybe from when the hotel was renovated. So I assume we were without the protection of a smoke alarm the last to nights. Positive was the lady that gave us new room and good beds etc.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum klima bozuktu su akıtıyordu. Oda zemin kattaydı. Perde odanın yarısını bile kapatmıyordu. Çok yakında bina vardı ve biz buna rağmen perdesiz bir şekilde konaklama yapmak zorunda kaldık. Pike yoktu sabaha kadar üşüdük .resepsiyonda kimse kalmıyor ve son derece güvensiz. Bir daha asla tercih etmem

Güzel, sanırım yeni, temiz bir otel. Oda gayet güzel döşenmiş ama küçük olduğu için( bizim odamız öyleydi( aslında balkon bayağı büyüktü) ama oturacak bişeyler yoktu oda ve balkonda!! Ansicht war die Unterkunft schön, aber es fehlten viele Dinge, z.b. Stühle auf der Terrasse, ein Stuhl im Zimmer, Haken für Handtücher im Bad, die Toiletten sind viel zu hoch angebracht, Duschwände zu schmal, was zur Folge hatte, dass das Bad nach dem duschen unter Wasser stand, Safe nicht installiert. Die Unterkunft hatte erst ein paar Wochen geöffnet, uns wurde beteuert, dass alles bestellt sei, aber noch nicht geliefert wurde.
