The apartments listed on Expedia are completely misrepresented. What we got was far from the modern, clean, well-equipped units shown in the photos. The reality was bland, dirty (stained sofas/pillows), smelly spaces (smoke/sewage) that lacked basic amenities (Missing essentials: no kettle, no washing machine (despite being advertised), barely any utensils/ cookware. Calling them “deluxe” is laughable. Do not trust the photos. I personally viewed multiple units on our floor and NONE of the alternatives matched what was advertised. This stay was a constant series of disappointments, and I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here. Even after calling management and explaining the issues, we weren’t offered anything close to what we paid for. Travellers deserve accurate listings and honest descriptions. This experience was both disappointing and misleading.
