"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Chabivin. The unit was very clean and literally has everything you need at your fingertips. I would definitely recommend the Vineyard studio for a romantic getaway. It's a very modern and chic unit, yet cozy and warm. I loved the welcome note hanging on a letter board outside our unit, lovely personal touch. We will be going back very soon for a family trip this time. "There were simple comforts which were missing that could have made this a far more comfortable stay. I am by no means a high maintenance guest but I do believe in the philosophy of nothing ever being too much trouble and giving your guests a warm welcome into their temporary home. This just didn’t feel the case here; a couple of requests were brushed aside and ignored (more candles for load shedding, fuel for the fire on a wet miserable evening - granted it was summer but it was 16 degrees, load...

"Fabulous stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated with very tasteful modern furnishings. Jan is a super host and keeps the place spotless and provided lots of little treats throughout our stay. He lives next door which is very convenient especially if things go wrong, like my husband losing his wallet on the first day. The pool area is lovely and peaceful and we had a refreshing swim most days after visiting the wineries. "

Onll noise is the odd farm tractor passing by and the wind in the willow trees. Pleasant stay, will book again. (not for fussy people who are looking for luxury and a TV)"
