" family stayed at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn for four nights, and overall the experience was disappointing. The bathroom door made loud noises every time it opened, and housekeeping failed to clean our room even after I personally requested full service and towels at the front desk before leaving for the day. When we returned after midnight, the trash was still there, the beds were not made, and there were no clean towels.
I called the front desk several times with no answer and had to go...

"Came for a quick getaway for Mother's Day, and I must say the property is nice. The amenities they have are also nice, especially the gym. I was very impressed by that. The room was clean, and the toiletries they provide were of good quality. Didn't get a chance to indulge in the rooftop scene. Breakfast was nice and fresh and I truly enjoyed it. The bar was ok. I only indulged in mimosas and I must say a stronger champagne is needed. I know it wasn't the bartender, because I saw the generous...
