"The location of this hotel can't be beat. Right on the river close to everything downtown. My room was very large and I loved the facial masks provided. Thats such a luxury thing to give guests that you typically only see in hotels at higher price points. Service was also very good here. They have a free coffee bar in the lobby and the conbected restaurant was so good. The bartender there was amazing. "

"We had a great time celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday from June 5–8! We traveled from Detroit and really enjoyed the hotel’s ambiance—especially the rooftop, which I was super excited about. It was also a plus having a really nice restaurant right inside the hotel. The only downside was parking. I prepaid $225 through SpotHero since it was cheaper than the hotel’s valet. But when we arrived, valet directed us to park in an area that wasn’t affiliated with SpotHero, and we ended up getting a ticket. Thankfully, the hotel stepped up and offered to cover it. So far, no surprise fees in the mail! Overall, despite that hiccup, we had a wonderful stay—and I would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent location in the heart of Chicago! I was traveling solo for work, and while the room was compact, it was thoughtfully designed and worked well for one person — two might find it tight. Loved how they made the most of the space. Breakfast was great quality and reasonably priced. My business partner and I worked in the open lounge on the 4th floor — super comfortable and productive. They do have meeting rooms to rent, but the communal space suited us perfectly. Bonus: really nice outdoor patio"
