"The location is top. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city and you could reach literally everything within 15 walking distance. A parking house Lombardia is nearby with 28 Euro per 24 hours which we could it's OK given the location.
BUT. There's no door at all in the room which means it'd be super weird to go to the toilet, shower, bathtub, sink at the same time. I was traveling with my partner and it's still bothering us (ador of the toilet). And since there's no door in the shower,...

"The building was old but the staff was wonderful. They gave us a tray with plates, knives and a bread knife when we said we were making sandwiches. They accommodated everything we needed. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, which made several kinds of coffee/espresso, available at all times for free. Also free apples and cookies. Lobby had comfortable seating and tables, and several games. Shower was excellent, room was old but clean. Location was perfect, half a block from the Theaterplein...

"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer...

"I had stayed here earlier last year and was comfortable considering the property again. Was not disappointed. Everything was exactly as I had expected- cleanliness of the property, proximity to the Central station, awesome location in the heart of the city center. Breakfast is wholesome with quite a few options before starting your day. Front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful."
