"The location is top. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city and you could reach literally everything within 15 walking distance. A parking house Lombardia is nearby with 28 Euro per 24 hours which we could it's OK given the location.
BUT. There's no door at all in the room which means it'd be super weird to go to the toilet, shower, bathtub, sink at the same time. I was traveling with my partner and it's still bothering us (ador of the toilet). And since there's no door in the shower,...

"I would like to mention the front desk agent name Nasim and Visalia the bellman ( I’m not exactly sure of the spelling so sorry) they were both so helpful and really helped me to make sure my stay was a great experience."

"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer...

5 a 7 agréable.
