"We appreciated all the water facilities. It was convenient to have a full breakfast provided daily. We also really appreciated the daily housekeeping that was simply provided. Close to Bruce Trail hiking. Although there were several restaurants nearby, we ended up going to the pub style restaurant on site. A great stay! But I would like to suggest that the curtains be replaced so that true blackout is possible. The ones in the rooms were not wide enough."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, I was a little disappointed with the room, especially since I paid extra for a Falls View. The view was not quite what I expected for the additional cost. The bathroom also needs to be updated, as it looks quite dated, and there was visible mold between the tiles. Overall, the friendly staff made a positive impression, but the room and bathroom could use some improvements."

"Great place rooms were clean, breakfast was good with new options daily. Convent and free parking you can’t beat that. Only about 12 mins from the falls. Food options were close by. We enjoyed the fact the pool stayed open to 11pm, was fun for my boys to enjoy a dip after a long day exploring the falls. Would definitely come back again."

"The pool is right in the lobby so the smell was strong of chlorine. Rooms are nice though. No elevator. Hotel ended up charging us for parking and WIFI even though our family didn’t. They said it was because we used Expedia and to address it with them which I plan on doing. Makes no sense to me and it’s the first time this has every happened"
