Hotels near Kinsmen Park

"It was very convenient location!! The only thing not so convenient was the parking, I guess it depends the week you go, but the on-site self parking was sold out when we went (May 8-10, 2026) and the only other option was off-site parking… it was a block away, not bad but I would’ve paid the extra for onsite parking for the convenience. Make sure to bring cash because there’s so many other overnight parking lots that are only $30 a night!!! Right across from the hotel. The hotel was so nice, renovated and clean! The check in was quite long but expected, the only thing I would add that was a little weird was our washroom didn’t have a working exhaust fan, and when we called it in they said there was one… but the entire ceiling was plastered… so not sure how that was the case, we just had to leave the washroom doors open after use to let the air out… otherwise I will stay there again the gym and pool were great!! (We got room 2501 btw) "

"Even though there was no view of the Falls, the location was very convenient. The connection to nearby Hotels and amenities made walking in the elements easy. The rooms were large and clean. Excellent water pressure, nice bath and toiletries. Nespresso machine, unlimited coffee pods and water bottles was essential. Staff was friendly, took a while sometimes to get requested items. The room felt a little "corporate", but overall very nice. There were some strange noises, like clicking or creaking even though we were on the top floor but not too bad"

"Hotel was well maintained, and had great views from the higher floors. We aware that the “exterior rooms” were not as well maintained and are not disability accessible. The hot tub and sauna were also well maintained. We were able to walk to anything we wanted without issues, and felt very close! The parking is a bit small, but was still manageable."

"A very pleasant 1 nite stay at Sandman Hamilton! 1st time stay! Easy check in, although 4 pm check in time is very old fashioned and pretty late in the day. Hospitable staff at the front desk and welcoming. The room was very nice and clean, some minor wear and tear but very comfortable! The pool area was nice, way too loud with the kids in there, too many kids and the water in the whirlpool was, well, let’s say, could have been better attended to! Towels were provided! Had the opportunity to have late bite Denny’s that’s inside the property! "

"Staff make the place .. it’s an older property which needs some upkeep. Hot tub was blocked off (for maintenance ?) and Heater in room was very loud. Check in / check out staff were awesome as was the person working breakfast room. I would stay again"
