"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was moderately comfortable. It was record high temps and the air-conditioner was able to keep us cool in the room. The elevators are very small so keep that in mind. Could definitely fit a WC but probably only one other person at a time. Staff provided us with extra towels, water and coffee promptly if we asked. My only complaint really was the shower. I can appreciate good water pressure but it was almost too much, like a power...

"The room was TINY but I guess that's to be expected in NYC. The shower water could never regulate and was usually scalding. It was very close to Times Square which was convenient and the staff was very nice. Overall, considering we only slept in the room, it was fine."

"The room was quite dirty - there was pee all over the seat when I arrived, the walls are all heavily scratched and generally it just feels like an old kind of gross feeling room. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable but the rest felt just old and run down overall. Most of the elevators were not working so you also have to wait a long time for the elevators."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy.
