"BUGS EVERYWHERE! I booked this room through Expedia for $192 for the night, so not exactly cheap. I get there late so it's dark and I don't see all the bugs. I wake up and look over to my left to see dead bugs on the pillow (picture for reference). Not on the pillowcase, inside. I told the manager at the front desk, he said since it was booked through a third party, he couldn't offer a refund, but he could add points to my Marriot account. "The shuttle driver was rude. The gym had bare minimum equipment. No hot tub, small pool. All of the snacks at the store were sold out. Bottled water was sold out. The breakfast was very cold and not tasty."

"Sheets and towels had lint, hair, and were not that clean. They should fix their washer/dryers to clean them better. Also pool is ice cold no one should swim in it the entire time I was there. They also need to check shower, conditioner, body wash in the bathroom as ours were empty. "

"Recomiendo la propiedad ya que esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, asisti a un evento en el estadio Raymond James y ellos te dan el contacto de un servicio de transporte lo vual hace que no te preocupes por eso, los recepcionistas son muy amables y dispuestos a apoyarte, el desayuno es muy básico pero ayuda bastante para no andar buscando, consideren que la limpieza la hacen cada dos días pero es muy básica, solo extendieron las cobijas y no lavaron ni el baño, creo que ese aspecto de limpieza...

"This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert...
