"Used the hotel as a night stop before an early ferry. It served thus purpose well was clean fidy with an easy check in helpful manager / owner. The hotel is a little dated but tidy and great for our 1 night stay only 15 minutes from either the ferry or eurotunnel."

"Lovely rooms for a short stay in Folkestone and a fantastic breakfast. Only small comment would be that in the summer when the day starts really early, the shutters don't really block the light so we were not able to have much of a lie in - although this is personal preference and only a small comment on an otherwise lovely stay."

"Symphatiek b&b hotelletje. Ligging zeer goed om met onze honden te wandelen op de mooie promenade. We hadden 2 kamers op de begane grond (ook om gevraagd bij boeking). Een hele grote familiekamer (fijn met de honden) en een standaard tweepersoons. Allebei mooi ingericht, alleen de kleinere kamer was erg koud en werd niet warm door de kieren in de nog oude kozijnen. "Great, friendly welcome and really convenient for the gig we were going too! Little disappointed that they suddenly stopped serving food just when we went down which meant we had try and and find something last minute but other than that it was ideal for our needs. "Based on the property description, I was expecting something different. It is a room in an old house. The proprietor was kind, helpful, and accommodating. It was enough for one night and the price was right, but I likely wouldn't return. We had problems with the WC.
