The stay seemed to be a great value. My only suggestion would be to add sheer curtains so guests can have natural light during the day while still maintaining privacy. "Location was great and had free parking if you can find a parking spot. Small rooms but beds are nice. Used the jetted tub and it hasn’t had the jets cleaned in a long time - black stuff filled the tub. Our room was right over the kitchen next door and all you could hear was pots and pans. Rm 110"

"Straight forward instructions to enter the property. Located 20 minutes walk from Modena train station and close the hospital where I had required regular attendances at. Venue appears clean. Water bottles regularly replenished in mini fridge which was handy for me to leave chilled fruit inside. Tea / coffee making facilities located in a communal area where it doesn't exactly have a proper kitchen but enough bottles of water to fill a kettle to boil and make a drink. No washing up required...
