"I have to commend the staff at Rosen; they went above and beyond for me when I had a dead battery in my rental car. I was on vacation with my special needs son and I was headed home to the airport, and my rental would not start. As I was trying to hold it together and not miss my flight, they did all they could to help me on my way. The room is clean although there could be thicker blankets on the beds, the room was lovely. The pool was great and the food at the restaurant was great as well. The shuttle to the parks was a great perk as well. I highly recommend Rosen to anyone looking for a hotel that has it all. I will stay here again for sure."
