"The bellhop damaged our luggage when delivering to the point it was no lobger useable. We filed a claim and was told it would be addresses in an hour but it took them several days to get back to us and its still unresolved. When we asked for assistance buying a new suitcase so we could leave the next day (we are from out of town and unfamiliar with the area and had no car), we were told to walk to the train and go to Ross or some place and get a new one. "
