"My first 2 days with the parking garage wasnt that great. I had difficulty with entering and leaving due to my room key card not working to open the gate. It was rectified by Miguel the manager. Thanks Miguel. My last night the garage elevator wasnt working 😐 and the confusion of where to go was rather annoying. "Very disappointing experience at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. I booked a king bed room through Expedia, but when we arrived, we were told our room had been given away.
