"The t.v didn't work and when I asked the front desk the person said oh I don't know about the t.v. Also breakfast buffet was terrible there was eggs ,bread,cereal, no meats so wouldn't even bother going to the breakfast the eggs looked very watery I would recommend if your staying in this area for the price this place charges go somewhere else would have preferred a Hilton or Home 2 Suites."

"The only complaints were while staying in the 3rd floor, there were a lot of people violating the no smoking policy. It was so much so we had to tell the front desk and the subsequently put notices of the policy under everyone’s door. Also, the second night, our room was not cleaned and the bed was not made up. They said that they were short staffed and did not have anyone to do it. Otherwise, the location was absolutely amazing in proximity to Lake George, Saratoga springs and Glenns Falls....

The room was downgraded without my authority, there was a bar lock missing from the room door, there was a screw that our service animal almost and the reason that our room was downgraded was because of our service animal, which is a violation of ADA as the service animal is medical equipment. We will never stay at this facility again, I'd rather spend more to stay at a hotel that is correctly...

"room didn't work when we returned one evening, house keeping was nearby couldn't assist in getting room open. Had to go all the way back to desk which was opposite side of hotel ND downstairs to reactivate keys. Just needed to run in and head back out for dinner, bit of inconvenience. Water park shut down for an hour for safety training? in the middle of the day, not cool. Hot Tub was running but not allowed to use it with no answers from staff. of all things parents can enjoy while kids are...

"Horrible - VERY DIRTY. No mattress cover, no fitted sheets so as you sleep the bottom flat sheet pulls up and you sleep on the dirty mattress below. Behind the door and on tops of baseboard filthy. Don't think you will save money as after you save a little staying here you will need to go and get breakfast. The breakfast the hotels offers is a few granola bars, juice and terrible coffee. YEP that's your breakfast choices. They are quick to tell you that they used to offer fruit and cereal,...

"Good location close to the interstate and about 15-20' walk or 3' drive to downtown Lake George; nice large room for four in a side building, plenty of parking, decent breakfast - the sitting area is not large so can get crowded if hotel full - and very helpful stuff. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again if in the area."
