"Beautiful location, did not realize it is in the convention center, so access was different (different elevators for different areas) and gym and sauna are in a different area of the building, never did see them since not by the pool. Parking is for smaller vehicles and pay someone other than the hotel. Walkable location and stunning view of the harbour. "

"Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff that are very nice, friendly and attentive to you. The hotel is right on the corner so very convenient and close or walking distance to the station, gastown and not far from Chinatown. Plus other close by restaurants, bars, shops and market. The room is spacious, clean and very is functional. The parking garage is abit tricky since you have to get a remote from the hotel and parking within next door building and once you check out, they will have a staff...

"There is definitely no complaint about the location and the cleanliness. But the water flow of the shower head is too weak. The ladder of the bunker bed is made of thin metal bars, therefore it is hard and dangerous to climb up and down. Finally if a bath tub is available, it will be much better. Anyway, it is a nice stay. "
