"Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. We had a call from the front desk about a noise complaint but we were already in bed so that was annoying and false. Not sure even what noise it was whether it was voices etc. we were in 3rd floor and complaint supposedly was from people in 2nd floor so try to get top floor. Elevator was broken and uneven which caused problems and accidents"

"The air conditioning in my room stopped working. The front desk staff blew me off and said 'they were working on it'. They were unconcerned and very unhelpful. I had a miserable night without air conditioning."

"Mold all over the bathroom walls and ceiling and “other” stains on the lower portions of the walls. Also, when requesting for a late check out, we were told that we have to ask in the morning because the decision maker wasn’t there in the middle of the day, the day prior to departure. Then when we called the following morning to request it, instead of saying something like, “that is possible, and there’s a fee” she literally said, “it’s going to cost you.” Weird! it turns out that it’s only $100 an hour and we needed one extra hour. So we paid it. But that was just weird."

"Paid over $500 a night on this room because it was festival season and it was not worth it. I reserved a Standard Room on Hotels.com and even special requested a room not on the 1st floor, but was still given an Accessible Room that was near the elevators and front lobby. The room had a bad smell (like dirty, old clothes coming from the closet), the floor was dirty, and bathroom was not clean. I didn't book a run of the house, so I felt that it was unfair to price and advertise their rooms at "standard" for $500 a night when it was run of the house (determined at check-in). I wouldn't have stayed here if I had known that my standard room was not guaranteed and not as advertised. The staff was not helpful in assisting a room change. Not a single staff member say good morning except for the one lady who worked at the front desk in the morning."

"I wanted this place to be the charming little hotel it said it was in the reviews, but it’s really a worn out motel that needs everything deep cleaned, painted or updated. My room had been wiped down but was far from clean. Stains on the bedding, floors, and walls + the furniture was all beat up and miss matched. This place is a 5, not a 9.. I would have stayed at Motel 6 had I known how off putting this place would be.."
