"I originally booked a 2-night stay at the Best Western Plus Nexen Pattaya but ended up extending it to 8 days — and I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Pattaya. The hotel is absolutely immaculate. The reception, restaurant, pool, lobbies, and rooms are all spotless and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room well equipped, and the shower excellent. It’s located in North Pattaya, which is much quieter than some of the busier areas but still just a short ride from the beach, bars, and main attractions — a great balance of peace and convenience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single team member I encountered was amazing — friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their hospitality is among the best I’ve experienced anywhere, and certainly the best I’ve found in Thailand. One final note to fellow travellers: I saw a few guests being unnecessarily rude to staff, yet the team remained patient and professional throughout. Please remember — treat others as you’d like to be treated. A little respect, good manners, and courtesy cost nothing, but they make all the difference."
