Breakfast menu was fresh and tasty. The staff was very nice. The beds were clean. The property , however, feels neglected and requires renovations. Hopefully the owners will find resources to make it cute, original and outstanding again.

The rooms were great for a family of 4 always cleaned when asked the aircon didnt seem to get down to temp but wasnt too bad. Tje breakfast included was great always lovely and fresh. The meals were very nice the kids loved the pizzas. The staff were always kind and thoughtful. I would definetly go and stay again if i were to visit Pattaya again.

It was a good stay here, for 3 nights. Even though I do appreciate the main idea of saving water, it would be nice if my shower was a little hotter and had a little more pressure. The sink also had very little pressure and no hot water, to properly shave. Other than that, I enjoyed staying here. Room was spacious and staff was very accommodating.

Besides the property's cleanliness overall excellent condition all of the staff are courteous, professional, and helpful. Property manager, Natty was surprisingly nice and generous gifting us a kokotel pillow and gave us a ride to North Pattaya Bus terminal.
