"I believe we ran into bad luck with this booking. The air conditioning was dripping water through the night. We woke up to a puddle of water in our bedroom. My leather bag was damaged, and it was a hassle to figure stuff out early morning. The host, while super responsive and apologetic, could not have helped us that early in the morning. "This was a perfect location from downtown. Publix and Walgreens are just around the corner so that was great too! Room was very nice and clean. Would def book again"

"We were a late check in for a large group. We found out the hotel had overbooked and canceled our reservations without adequate notice. They called and left a vm at 3pm on day of travel, which is ironic because they require us to give them advance notice when canceling on our end."
