"Central location. Upgraded room and later checkout."

"It was never indicated that there is no parking for the hotel (paid or unpaid). When we checked in the customer service officer told us there is no parking on the hotel site. He told us that we have to go drop our car on a different parking location and that a shuttle will take us back once we drop our car. It was never mentioned at any time that the parking is paid. Once we were checking off a rude customer service asked us if parking will be charged to the same card on which we booked the...

"Staff was and consistently are over the top helpful & friendly!!! Hotel is always beautiful & well maintained!! Food & drinks in the Play Bar were amazing as well as all servers!! Look forward to booking my next stay !!"

"TownePlace Suites is located in the best área, as you can literally walk to most of the sites. You can pick up and drop off of the WeGo Bus and the Niagara Regional Tránsit (NRT) a stone throw from the hotel. What more could you ask for? Only downside is that the restaurants are downtown or by Niagara Falls, Cliffton Hill. "チェックインに時間がかかった。 混み具合で窓口を増やせないのでしょうか？"

Beautiful original cut glass window detail and fireplace. Lovely spot for relaxing after a day exploring. Great breakfast with three choices of entree. We had the Eggs Benedict. Very tasty. Quaint breakfast room - the house’s original dining room and sitting room. Beautiful gazebo behind the house. Nice for taking...

"the room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Location was great!!!"

"Simple but nice and clean, and above all comfort that’s what counts! ☺️"

"Loved my stay here! So relaxing, everything taken care of. Lovely room and spa"

"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "
