"Our room was double booked, and no similar room were available. The person behind the front desk didnt seem to know what she was doing.The bed and pullout couch were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good at all."

"A nice place to stay when you are in Cedar Park. Our room had a bad toilet that they never took care of and I guess no one works on Sunday's Our room was not made up that day We had to make our bed and go down saris to get fresh towels. I have been there befroe and this has not happened. We will see next time how it is"

"Our bed had been made and it was comfy. Kitchenette towel had mold on it. The sinks hadn’t been cleaned, tub had hairs all over it and the toilet had black mold along the rim with remnants of comet sprinkled. There were a few dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. When I asked the front desk staff to please have our room cleaned the only response I received was that they were down a housekeeper. Trash cans in all the hallways were full and stinky and the stairwells needed to be vacuumed badly. "

"No bedding in room for pull out couch, had to go down and get it because staff said they couldn’t bring it. We also had to get extra towels because there was only 2 in a room that could sleep 4. Again had to go get it because staff said they couldn’t bring it up. "

"They have renovations going on and no one mentioned anything but , they charged full price. I do understand that they need to make money too , however it can be done by floors , sections not all at once. Please mention on all booking websites so people/customers know. "
