"My wife and I both enjoyed our stay and thought the beds and pillows were so nice we are considering buying ones just like it. The property is spacious and has plenty of parking that seems very secure and well lite. We had enjoyed a nice breakfast at the hospitality area and enjoyed all the choices they have. The staff was very friendly and helpful and guided us in all the right directions. We are looking forward to staying at this location again and will put this company on top of our list for upcoming outings."

"Room was very clean no problems with that but we were missing a do not disturb card. The food was okay could have been nicer or maybe a variety. Was disappointed at checkout that the bill had already been processed to Expedia when we wanted to divide the payments. There were some homeless people wandering around the property the first night. Made us a little insecure about our cars. Overall it was okay for the little time we spent."

"Checking was ok, had a Jaccusi Suit and had to ask again for Sheet Set, that's the second d time since we stayed there. Tye best thing about that Hotel is Michael from the Breakfast Room, friendly and keeps tye place clean. Front Desk is a little on the unfriendly side, but nothing we hadn't experienced last year either when we stayed there. The Custodian was super friendly. It's our go to hotel when we left and came back. Breakfast is always good and the place runs great except for Friday when Mr Michis off."

"We were told our room was flooded when we arrived and they were booked so we were unable to stay our 2 nights at this property. The check in staff worked hard to find us another room for one night which was their sister property Residence Inn close by. We found our own room with a different property for our 2nd night closer to where we'd be traveling out of Colorado Springs the next day. All worked out and we appreciate the staff at this property even though we couldn't stay there."

"There’s construction going on outside of the location so it’s hard to figure out how to get into it. When we first got in the room, my daughter said, “mom, there’s glass on the floor.” Not only was it glass, it was a broken piece of a meth pipe left in the middle of the floor. We brought to the front desk and the were very apologetic."
