"Our second night was similar to the first. Nice bed and pleasant very young staff that seemed like they were all brand new at their jobs. The place is kept up poorly and understaffed. Room is outdated with a slight odor, chipped furniture, a loud old air conditioner that didn’t fully cool the room, and one tiny bar of soap. Breakfast includes a set up and tease for an omelet bar that never happens. There is a pleasant veneer to this hotel that fails to cover up inattentive cleaning and service. It was a disappointing place where the photos and reviews were much better than reality. We wondered if there was a new management that was cutting back on services and staff."

"Our room has a odor. The hotel really should have a laundry facility. The hotel should have a hot tub or Jacuzzi for the adults only area. Some of the water areas had issues and needed repairs. The buffet looked day old for the cost. The staff was excellent and always gave information on the hotel. Especially Tucker the young man up front. Tucker interacted with us every time and was very pleasant. Always a smile on his face."
