"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"The only good things were its proximity to the hospital and the 7-Eleven across the street... It is an unnecessarily expensive hotel (I assume the price is so high because of the hospital nearby). "Older hotel with some older hotel quirks but my room was clean and bed comfortable. I was grateful they let me check in early I was only going to ask to store my bags. I enjoyed finding out there was a magic show and a ghost tour! Vince was a great story teller and entertainer. I love history and this was a memorable stay at a much more affordable price than other generic hotels on a Friday night."

"Had two rooms and the beds in 405 the bedding had never been changed. I took photos went to desk clerk first night,went to desk-clerk yesterday went to the desk today. "The good: staff friendly, nice having a full fridge, bed was reasonably comfortable. Wifi has no issues. The bad: -Room was dusty and not very clean. The bathroom trash was not emptied before my visit and there was actual sanitary product waste in there. -The room was incredibly small, it felt like a dorm, the tv was at an angle where I had to move around the furniture to see it from the bed, which is the only place to sit except the dilapidated office chair. It was impossible to watch TV...

"Rooms a bit dated , stained carpet from mini fridge etc. But overall, good location. Pablo - bellhop was excellent as its not an easy place to get in and out of w your vehicle. Quiet , Overall stay was just below excellent"

"Very bad experience. Old, dirty rooms. When we asked for another room, we were told none were available. Heavily soiled carpet and furniture. Burns stains in carpet and furniture. Sat on the bed and the frame broke, then they all of a sudden had other rooms. They switched us a room that didn't have working AC. Wanted us to move again and offered no support. I will never return."

"This hotel is a nightmare...Briefly, approximately 3 months ago I stayed here...I made my reservation through Expedia...when I got there they behaved as if I had no reservation. I was exhausted after a long shift at the hospital and over 10 hour ride on the train to arrive in Baltimore. After going back forth with the front desk person I pulled up my reservation via Expedia...it took close to 2 hours to check in. FYI: There is NO elevator and my 61 year old ass was placed on the very top floor....

"No breakfast available as advertised, never came to change bedding or given clean towels bedding had yellow stains. When asked for new bedding, staff member told me to take some and change bedding myself. Shower was filled with mildew."
