"Staff very helpful and friendly, room was spacious enough and all neat and clean. One annoyance though is the "desk chair" which gets to be the worse I have ever tried in a hotel! Really the only issue I faced during my 4-day stay. If you are not a business tarveller, not a concern I guess. Breakfast options were great with a very comprehensive variety of food, fruits, pastry, and drinks."

"Unfortunately this stay wasn't a good one mainly due to the construction work happening around the hotel, the noise can be heard inside the room and it continued throughout the night. Did not get a good night sleep Unfortunately."

"A new hotel consisting of 2 towers separated by an arrival road. I attended a conference. The event centre was spacious and easy to get around. Level 4 has several dining venues. I eat in the Dark Shepherd - excellent food. The river View King room was comfortable and adequate, but not spacious. My partner used the pool - v nice. A great hotel right in the CBD."

"Excellent stay Cleanliness of rooms was immaculate. Nice welcome pack of wine chocolate and water. Nice walk in shower with full amenities. Kitchen has nice coffee machine and full cooking amenities. Excellent location to all of Brisbane by foot ferry and bridges. Friendly front desk staff easy check in and welcoming. Be aware of some construction noise in the area as Queen's Wharf is developing.but not too bad as you are out during the day. Overall a very good stay."

"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. Overall, it was a good/excellent stay. There are numerous restaurants within...

"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."
