"Breakfast was Ok. Same thing everyday"

"We were not apprised of the “rooms are cleaned every 3 days” policy. The bedding was never changed and we had to request towels for the room. We requested service for the duration of the stay which was not honored. This resulted an uncomfortable stay.Also the toilet flush handle needed replacement but a fix was improvised with electrical tape."

"The hotel was well-maintained, with clean and adequately appointed rooms that were notably comfortable. The breakfast offered was satisfactory but not exceptional. However, the noise levels in the corridors and lobby were exceptionally high. Regrettably, my visit coincided with a weekend when several high school sports teams were present. It is unlikely that the staff could have significantly mitigated the situation, as these groups appeared to be unsupervised and were using the common areas as their recreational space."

"The breakfast was great! Clean space, staff refilled items as needed, and very nice choices. The room was huge and clean! The front desk staff at check-in and check-out were both very friendly. The neighborhood was nice and really quiet. Loved this stay, highly recommend!! "

"Room very dated mattress was bowed in the center as you rolled to the center trash blowing around the parking lot pallets sitting outside of the laundry room trash blowing all around the parking lot cars being worked on in the parking lot Reed minimal utilities in the kitchen. We had three pieces of glassware two spoons three different sizes of forks and a butter knife. The refrigerator worked, but the icemaker did not the dishwasher was dirty and loose. The debrider spout on the bathtub was stuck in the upright position and there was more water going into the tub then coming out of the shower head towel bars in the bathroom. We’re falling off and you can tell there was a lot of repairs due to leaks from the upstairs."
