"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had made a mistake and booked the wrong days for my 2 night stay. I contacted and spoke with the manager to ask for a possible change of dates or some help with booking mistake. Sometimes the hotel will contact you after not checking in on the first day which they didn't. The manager was rude and usually hotels want repeat customers. I travel alot and WILL NEVER STAY HERE."

"Easy access to M-59 expressway. Lots of easy parking all around. Friendly and helpful lobby staff. The room was clean and had plenty of space (king bed), large TV and work desk. Minor cosmetic repairs needed but nothing significant (toilet paper bar loose, shower stall base discolored or stained, rear outside door card reader not working (often there was a rock keeping it from latching so people could get back in). "

"This place is the king of cheap motels in that area. Amazing staff and service. Quality is about what you expect for the price but they do a good job eliminating the riff raff. Cleaning and staff is family. Not a bunch of random junkies. I always stay here when being budget minded. Never any issues "
