Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. "This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!! "The view is beautiful, close to all the activities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Two things that would have made it nice, first laundry facility and second a breakfast offering as we hit the road early everyday. If thise two things were addressed it would be a 5 plus!"

"The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast"
