"The truest test of a review is would we stay there again? The answer to that is sadly a no. Nothing particularly wrong, just not really a good value all things considered in the end. The property is well positioned in the city for access to grocery, chain restaurants, coffee houses and the #8 bus. There is a busy street, particularly popular on weekends nearby. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. "

"Nice location and decent hotel. Positives were the location and the breakfast was good. Negatives lots of ongoing roadworks There was an extremely unpleasant smell in the corridors on floor 4. The superior room was very basic with saloon style doors on the bathroom which didnt give a great deal of privacy and when the light was on this lit up the room. Small dated television and very little storage in the room."
