"I’ve had great stays at the Ganesvoort but this one was mediocre at best. Elevators took forever (15 min!), service was really bad too. I sat down to eat at C&C and was told to expect an extra 20 minutes once I ordered and half the menu they were out of. Not worth the money unfortunately."

"I booked based on the photos, aesthetic, location to what we had planned, and price - it had a fun vibe and I am pleased to say that it was an even better stay than anticipated. From the greeting at check-in to the staff in the restaurant as well as the housekeeping staff, we were always met with smiles and kindness and generally ended convos with laughter! Check-in/check-out was a breeze, the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!"

It never stopped running because it never got down to the desired temperature and it was loud. They try to charge people a $35 amenities fee when you check in on top of a resort fee. They...
