"Clean room. Staff friendsly and breakfast was decent"

"Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent. Room was relatively clean. Kitchen was old and dim. Front door and patio door had openings when close where bugs could get in. Would not stay till they have renovated which looks like this summer."

"My check in experience was top notch. I needed extra bedding for the pullout sofa and the staff handled that like a champ. My family and I decided to have breakfast and all was great until then. My wife was in line for an omelette while I stood to the side. The cook asked for my wife's room key to prove she was staying at the hotel. We were so offended by that request because the cook never asked the guests ahead of my wife or those who were in line behind her. Now my family was the only group of color so yes we felt like she was singled out. While waiting to receive the bacon and sausage the cook had passed out up to 4 slices of bacon to guests prior to us, my son received 2 slices and asked if he could have more. The cook told him there's only 2 per person. My son explained that people ahead of him received more slices and the cook walked away from him. So this experience did not set well with us. We should have just left and got breakfast elsewhere. Needless to say, we will not stay at this hotel again. "

"My stay was very good and pleasant. My hotel room was clean and very comfortable although I experienced an issue with the shower suddenly alternating from hot to very cold water without me touching the knob at all. When I mentioned it to the front desk they immediately took action by switching me to another room which took care of the issue right away. As for the other amenities everything was A okay. I especially love the fact that I can plug in my apple tv plus box that I always bring with me, into an hdmi plug of the hotel room tv for me to be able to watch my tv shows from home which includes live and video recorded tv programs and sports events."

"Valet and Bell guys were great! Rooms were outdated but beds comfortable. Air conditioning needs replacing or to be updated - seems as though the rooms are humid. Check out is at 12 which I liked until staff started knowing on the door continually every 10 minutes along with phone calls. We were out with our bags and at valet by 11:45 just felt rushed- as they also turned the heater on in the room around 11 am to start pushing you out - thermostats are controlled by staff - this was a bad experience since the room was heated up to 75 while trying to get our bags together( it was 107 outside ) . The kids enjoyed the slides in the pool that was nice."
