"I love the location of this place, so close to the Grand Place as the name implies it is just less than 2 minutes walk to get there. It is situated in a busy area but the rooms are quiet and peaceful. It is very clean, staff are friendly, good amenities. For breakfast, it is not buffet, it is plated so you ge to choose for an appetizer and your main course and then you get free coffee or juice. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would choose this hotel again if i visit Brussels again."

"Amazing location! Really nice big room. Great value for money. We had carry-on bags only, but if you had large suitcases, you might have trouble taking them up the stairs. I would definitely stay here again, mostly because of location and value for money. "

Don’t go on Sunday or Monday; they’re closed. However a couple of doors down is a place called Pop Up Sablon. It was a great place with nice owner and employees. Stayed open late. "

"When we arrived to this hotel receptionist greated us with smile and friendly atmosphere which was what I needed after our previous horrible accomodation experience. We got lovely accommodation with view to the garden. Room was in very clean, all equipment inngreat condition. "Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels."

"My honest rating would be about a 3.5 but that's not an option. Room small but fine, except for the water we had all over the floor after every shower, with no way to drain it. Only way to control it was with lots of towels. Wanted an extra blanket, but the first person I asked couldn't find one. It wasn't until about night five that I was able to get one from a staff member. Staff was professional, just not super informative. Breakfast is just okay. Same thing every morning, which I did eat...
