"The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay."

"We weren’t sure what to expect when we pulled up, but never the less we loved it! For the price we had a wonderful three night stay. It was my husband and five children. The room was still very spacious with the pull out bed. The pool was clean and well maintained. We loved the double sink, and big mirror. "This was perfect! Close to Cedar Point and the property was clean and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!"

"The rooms seemed updated but we had a lighter, old dirty towel left in our room when we got there. Our air conditioning unit leaked all over the ground so half the room was a pond, when you walked on it, the water splashed. We had a 2 towels put down to soak up the water which was brown. We asked for maintenance and it wasn’t taken care of until the second time we asked. They supposedly fixed it and put another towel down and the second towel was soaked after an hour. Not a good stay at all."

Room was newly redone with no carpet wich I love… pool was open and clean.. staff very friendly and helpful especially the very kind lady that serves breakfast 7 days a week.. it included a lot of choices waffles, pancakes, fruit, muffins, cereal and more.. we have found our new hotel for our monthly cedar pointe trips for sure!!"
