Room was newly redone with no carpet wich I love… pool was open and clean.. staff very friendly and helpful especially the very kind lady that serves breakfast 7 days a week.. it included a lot of choices waffles, pancakes, fruit, muffins, cereal and more.. we have found our new hotel for our monthly cedar pointe trips for sure!!"

"My issue with the hotel is it stated it could sleep 6, but could only sleep 5 uncomfortably at most. I had to check out immediately and go to the Holiday Inn next door. It felt reasonable to be given some sort of refund but I have received no response to multiple outreaches since the person at the desk was unable to help me since the owner was the only one who could. The room would have been fine for my wife and I, but I had four kids with me."
