"According to the desk clerk, because we booked through Expedia, they didn't have the king bed suite we reserved, so we were given a queen bed room overlooking the construction going on on the lawn and front of the house. We we're given breakfast buffet vouchers for our trouble, but there was no buffet available either morning. There was a mini fridge in the bathroom holding up the left side of the vanity. The only bright spot we're the valet. Definitely not 4 stars. Very disappointing...

"I really love this place! It's worth what you pay, private rooms, and kind staff. If you're a 🍀 smoker, you will feel right at home! I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!"

"Our room was clean, but there were ants in the shower, so my husband told them in the office, and they were shocked and glad we told them. Breakfast was simple, but they had hard-boiled eggs, for which we were grateful. We appreciated the bench in front of our room so we could sit and read outside, enjoying the view. Beds were comfortable. The flower bed full of succulents was beautiful! I'd recommend it."

I appreciated the quite room across the hall with comfortable chairs and tables for playing games. The grounds were spectacular and unforgettable! And, we've never had a better breakfast anywhere. "Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. "

"Decent little breakfast, staff always friendly and helpful, hot tub could be a little cleaner but was hot, as a hot tub should be but isn't always, balcony areas for breakfast and pool, and very clean room and property. Great location, walking distance from a quaint park/skate park/pickle ball court with a creek and trail running by it, liquor store, grocery store and Garden of the Gods. Would 100% recommend, and will stay again."
