"I was disappointed with my stay at the Cliff House. There was construction happening all around the front of the hotel and throughout the inside as well, and I was never made aware of it when booking. When paying a higher rate for a stay, guests should at least have the option to know about major construction beforehand. It really affected the overall experience. On top of that, the staff was not the friendliest or most welcoming. Overall, not the experience I expected."

I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!"

"Breakfast is good, you can see Pikes Peak from the hotel with easy access to the mountain. Rooms are good-sized. Nice stay overall, Manitou Springs itself is a bit pricey but nice."

"The Outrider hotel was a great stay!! All of the staff were amazing and also helpful with any questions we had about the area. The rooms were very modern and clean. Including a nice tea pot in room and coffee in the lobby for the morning!! The sauna/cold plunge along with the hot tub were all in new condition and were very convenient after a long day. The fire pit area was relaxing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a luxury and welcoming stay!!"

"Our room was so pretty, the mattress quite comfy, and it is so fun to wander around the castle! A lot of history to read about and see! Parking is plenteous and easy. Breakfast was delicious, the biscuits and gravy are amazing! Everyone on staff is so helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful."

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the cabin was; even with our group size, we never felt crowded. "Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and dining. I have AT&T and there was 1 bar at the hotel. Wifi was incredibly slow, .04mbs download speed. Staff was very very kind. "

"Had a great breakfast menu with hot and fresh food! Kind and helpful staff! I became sick with hypoxia after a fall in our room! The front desk staff went out of their way to get the paramedics to our room and be helpful during the ordeal! I spent our entire vacation in the hospital ! Jojo at the front desk and another front desk staff member were so kind and even checked on me at the hospital! I was impressed by their willingness to help!
