"I love"

"Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean."

"Didn’t use the amenities. Staff 5 🎖️. On suggestions is more handicap parking and the hot water is VERY hot…. I had a very very warm shower and the water handle was still in the cool-cold range"

"Friendly staff! I have stayed here 3x in 2026 so far and plan to stay again in a few months. Super convenient to Coastlands Coffee Shop (my favorite). Nearby shopping and restaurants. About 20min drive to Orange Beach / Gulf Shores. Clean friendly community!"

"Mold all over the room , we signed in and went to the room . The door didn’t lock & We immediately smelled it , used my flash light and i was very sick to my stomach . I asked for a refund and they told me that i had to pay for the first night and i said not at all cause im not even staying here ."

"Wonderful bed & breakfast. We always stay here on our way to Gulf Shores. The owners are top notch. Breakfast is the bomb & is included with your stay. And if you are looking for a steak they have one of the best. "

"Overall the hotel was decent however I had lil kids running around on the fourth floor over my head and was next to the stairs where the door slammed all day and night! Didn't get any sleep! They need to consider putting SOFT CLOSE on their doors because that was VERY annoying plus I ordered a King bed but it wasn't honored"

"There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. Other than no soap in the shower it was a beautiful day and we would stay again. PS I like to...
