"Great location if your destination is Hollywood. Not to be confused with LA. The check in area is beautiful. The rooms, are pretty basic. There is a $35 per room destination fee per night. The water in the rooms are $11.50 each - but there is a Walgreens right around the corner where you can buy water. The beds are super comfy! Bathroom needs upgrading. It was clean - but had seen better days. We were on text with the front desk - super efficient and very nice staff. The service is fantastic. The location is great for Hollywood & 10 minutes from Warner Brothers studios and 8 minutes from Universal. Magic Kingdom is right there too - walkable (you can’t go in). Upgrade to that Hollywood sign view - it’s definitely worth it! The “La Popular” Mexican restaurant in the shopping plaza ‘Ovation’ was excellent! Hard Rock Cafe and Chinese theatre and Netflix theatre and shop are all walkable. Parking is $25 a night self parking and $60 valet. Santa Monica is about 25 minutes drive - definitely worth a trip! The tour buses around that takes you around Beverly Hills is WELL WORTH IT!! You can’t beat the scenery! If we come back here - I would definitely stay again! The lady on the front desk gave me a hug as we left as I was feeling emotional due to family memories. Which was really ever so kind. Thank you! "

"Lived the retro vibes, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was the air conditioner was broken but thankfully it was cool with windows open. Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on coming back again! "

"We contacted Hollywood Homes Studio Apartments before booking to confirm whether the place was suitable for infants and families. We specifically asked about proper blinds and a dark room for nighttime sleep, and were assured everything was “good.” The reality could not have been more different. From the moment we arrived, communication was awful. Even getting a parking spot was a struggle. Once we got into the unit, we realized just how misleading their description was: the blinds were extremely cheap and completely useless, letting in bright light all night long. On top of that, a commercial sign outside was shining directly into the room, making it almost impossible for anyone—let alone an infant—to sleep. To make matters worse, the noise at night was excessive and constant. We reached out to the property for help, and after one promise to move us to another room, they completely ignored every email afterward—no follow-up, no apology, nothing. Their customer service is non-existent. I absolutely do not recommend this property to anyone, especially families with children. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else."
