"Staff was excellent. Rooms just need improvement. We had to call someone to come mop the floors the night we got there because my daughters feet turned black from walking around the room for 30 minutes. The bathroom floors were awful too with mold and mildew stains. Just a little updating and the place could be great again. The staff were all fantastic though"

"They have good breakfast, a nice sized pool, direct access to the sandy beach. It is a nice place to stay!"

"Everything was great besides are washer was broken. We packed lightly with the knowledge and washer and dryer was an included amenity. When we reported it, they said they would send maintenance up to look at it. I then received and email, it would be Monday when they could get a technician there, which was after our check out. That was my biggest issue. They were kind when I reported then will not respond to follow-emails. The resort as a whole is nice but was disappointed that they didn’t care of the inconvenience this caused and the load of clothes we did wash, when we heard the washer making a loud noise, has spots all over them. "
