"the place is better suited for one night stays than longer ones in my opinion. my review would most likely be more positive if i wasn’t given an adjoining room when i didn’t ask for one, thus making the room i was staying in extremely tiny. i was also in a room directly in front of the pool and felt uncomfortable opening my window. i know both of these problems could have been resolved by me asking for a different room and i will take fault for that. some pros are the shower water was amazing...

"We should have known there were going to be issues with this hotel as soon as we arrived. There was a police car in the parking lot on a call. The door to the room looked like it had been previously forced open/broken into. As soon as we walked into the room it immediately felt damp in the air. The sheets were moist to the touch and the room smelled badly. We tried to reach out immediately to the front desk to let them know we were not happy. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and...

"Every interaction with staff was excellent. room was comfortable and clean. Temperature control, and AC noise was non- intrusive. Streaming choices were very limited. Walking Access to Baylor Heart Hospital was great. Complementary breakfast was reasonably tasty and well tended. All front desk staff were knowledgeable and responsive on all shifts. Overall, a good experience."
